Just about all the Ford chassis motor homes, Class A and C, built from 1998 to present day, have Triton V 10 engines.
They have evolved thru the years so year built and Class A or C will get the accurate responses.
In my opinion, they are all good engines, with the early years having some spark plug issues. All fixable.

I have a Ford f53 with a V10. it is a 2016 and I have 15,000 miles on it. We had a couple issues with a wire shorting on the frame, but the motor itself has preformed well. We went to Alaska with I last summer. With the rough roads and the mountains we really ran it thru the test. It ran well.

I have a 2008 with the V10. Only had for a little over a year, but can say it’s gone all over NE with me and no issues. Looking at the service records, the previous owner did the standard maint but otherwise no issues either.
Being a ford engine, parts are VERY easy to buy and are reasonably priced, most auto stores carry the basics. Big thing is to help them find the “F53” model on their computers, usually they try to convince you that it doesn’t exist for you meant F-450.

The engine is reportedly good for at least 200,000 miles in commercial service. Few folks drive that much in a MH. As was mentioned, they are relatively easy to get parts for and maintenance is mostly oil and filters on schedule. Spark plugs get changed somewhere around 100,000.
It pays to know what years the heads and transmissions were changed.
