Put some jb weld on it and she stopped leaking. Still some dripping on bottom of the actuator although I have 100 percent water in the system. Maybe when I put antifreeze back in, the drip will stop. Could be a good temporary fix or maybe permanent. ... shall see when I take it for a drive tomorrow.

Heres the closer. I had the rig towed to a cummins shop and they replaced the turbo actuator. They claim that the crack was corrosion caused by all the water kicked up by the tires. $ 2400.00 and we are rolling again.
