TV cable and Antenna won't work

When arriving in a new campground with cable or not I usually select auto scan to find channels. If there is cable then in the setup menu cable is selected and if on antenna then antenna is selected. Ran thru the auto scan sequence and no channels found. The screen said no external input. Checked the input menu and you can select TV, DVD or Satellite. Only DVD and Satellite are highlighted. I cannot select TV so that explains why no channels found.
The amplifier for the antenna as far as I know works. Push in button and light comes on.
This problem is on all TV's. Thought it was a campground issue and maybe there are no TV stations broadcasting. But the office said there is no problem.
Now we are at another campground and same situation.
Haven't called Newmar yet. No phone service where we are(Gouldings Campground at Monument Valley).
Worked fine couple of weeks ago.
I even hooked the cable direct to TV input on back of set.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Send a message via ICQ to Fred and Bonnie
If you went directly into the TV and got nothing, I would say the TV is your problem.

Borrowed neighbors cable wire. It works!
Never had a bad cable wire before.

What make and model of TV? Also check your RF source switch (Antenna/cable) which is external to the TV (Box of many buttons or Wall plate)
