Twin beds

My sister and I are looking at class A's with twin beds. A salesman told us this type sleeping is harder to resell. Anyone had experience with this?

I don't know if anyone makes that anymore , the newest I've probably ever saw with twin beds was early 90s model.
We had an 85 Pace Arrow with twin beds .

I was told that too. Odd....the new View on the smaller Transit chassis has twin beds. Lazy Daze still uses twin beds.

Took out queen and put in twins. Guessing the reverse could be done too. Buy what you need and don't worry about resale.

Airstream has several Trailer floor plans with twin beds if you would consider one vs. a Class A.................

I know you said Class A, but...

Our former coach was a Lazy Daze 27 Mid-Bath. It's a Class C, with no slides. The rear "couches" can be made into twin beds or a king bed. The view out that rear "living room," with big windows on three sides, is absolutely fabulous.

If you want a bit more space up forward, Lazy Daze makes a 31-footer with the same berth arrangement.

Lazy Daze coaches are well-made and in demand, so there should be no problem selling one, even one with twin beds.

With so many couples traveling, more people want queen bed rather than twins in their rv. But for those that do want twins, like you and sister, it is likely an important feature. So, my guess...when you go to sell, you will have a smaller pool of buyers, but those buyers will ever picking from only a small pool of rv's with twin beds. The right buyer may be waiting and watching when you go to sell...or you might have to wait to find that buyer.

Since it could go either way, if you are planning to keep the rig for quite a while, but the one that works for you.
If you only plan to own it a short time ( like for a sabbatical year or such), maybe consider one with a queen bed and a decent sofa bed or the like.

Never had any experience with that, but I would think the salesman was right in this case! Not many folks buying a Class A would want twin beds!

My first class A, a 91 Holiday Rambler, had twin beds. DW wasn't thrilled about them, but I liked them. Since the bedroom had no slide, space was a premium. The space between the beds made it real easy to get in and out of bed without crawling over each other.
