To make a long story short I had a little rear end damage to the rear passenger corner of my Southwind. It amounted to about $3800 dollars in damages. I took it up to Tom Shaffers RV dealership in Shoemakersville PA. for the needed bodywork repairs.
I visited the shop yesterday to see the progress on my coach and it just so happened the work was complete. I want to tell you these folks know what they're doing and did an outstanding job in repairing my coach,,, it really made my day since this bit of damage really devastated me when it happened! You'll never know or tell what happened.
These folks know how to work fibreglass and did a triple A job.
If you are in the need of bodywork in the eastern part of PA this is the place to go!
All the other work they have performed for me has been just as good as well but their body work expertise is bar none.
Just thought I'd pass this along.

It's nice to hear the good stories cause they are out there. Mine goes like this...We had just bought our new-to-us RV and after coming home from our first trip away, we arrived home with dead batteries. We had left some lights on in the coach and I left one of the basement compartment lights on. Nothing had charged on our long drive home.
I tried getting in to a few RV shops and was finally accomdated by All Season's RV in Vernon BC. I had never been there before.
The spent some time and diagnosed the problem to a fuse and a bad solinoid. That fixed, I had them do a general check of the RV. They found 3 minor propane leaks and I asked them to fix those. They answered all my questions, (mostly dumb) and I got a bill for $468. I thought that was a little large but said to myself "What price do you put on the families safety when it comes to gas leaks"? and paid the bill.

After about an hour, I found I had 2 voicemails on my cell. They were calls from the All Season's RV, asking me to call them.

I called and they apologized and explained that they reviewed my bill and found that they had mistakenly charged me $125 too much on my bill and when could I stop by to be reimbursed?

In this day and age, you don't run across this kind of honesty very often.
Great little shop and great service with integrity!
