Uncooperative leveling jack

I have a '99 Georgetown with HWH straight acting leveling jacks, one of which retracts on it's own. Strokes down perfectly but will not stay down. Since no rv shop can look at this till late Sept. I am attempting to solve this myself.
Anyone able to help troubleshoot this problem and suggest a fix??

Welcome to the irv2.
Can you see a fluid leak around the jack in trouble?
Is the fluid level between the two lines on the bell shaft in fluid tank with all jacks retracted?
Is the T valve closed on jacks solenoid?
Go to the HWH WEB SITE they have all systems of their jacks for coach's pick your year & coach and follow the info to trouble shoot.

did this start happening all of a sudden?
make sure your reservoir is full with jacks retracted.
suggest you release both manual release valves (extension and retraction) with the pump running. you may have debris in one of the valves.
if you cannot find anything helpful on the hwh website, call frank at hwh and leave a detailed message. he will eventually return your call. 563.724.3396, 800.321.3494.
