I know these postings were one year ago, but in case someone is browsing for help, I just had a similar problem which was indeed the bolts being loose. I tightened it some and it helped, but was afraid to tighten more, so took it to a local dealer and they tightened it which solved the problem. By the way, Oxy-clean does wonders on water stains on the ceiling!

It's interesting that you should dig up this thread. I'm back at the same park in the same heat this year without the leak. My covers still look slightly warped (more than I'd like) because I tightened them to prevent the leak, but they are functional, and no more uncomfortable guests suffering from Chinese water torture in the middle of the night.
I probably need to replace my gaskets.

I have been through this a couple of times. Each time I fine the hold down bolts have loosened due to vibrations. I finally solved the problem two years ago. I found on line the installation instructions for installing a foam gasket. A new gasket is about one inch thick. When properly installed and bolts tightened the gasket should be compressed to one-half inch. What I did was loosen all the bolts so only the weight of the unit was sitting on the gasket. I measured the gasket thickness and it was just under an inch thick. I applied some blue loctite to the threads and tightened each of the four bolts evenly the same number of turns a turn at a time until I had compressed the gasket down to one-half inch. I have had on loosening bolts and no leaking inside since then.

If it ever happens again, I will go through the same process. If the gasket next time does not return back to the one inch thickness or is beginning to dry out, then I will replace the gasket.
