I noticed in a Winnebago maintenance tip not to use a pressure washer on your headlights. This could force water into the headlight and cause fogging.

I used a pressure washer on my bedroom window to remove bird dirt early this summer. I now notice I have moisture between the double panes of glass on the fixed part of that window. I think the pressure washer forced water through the window seals that separate the inner and outer panes of glass.

The tip also mentioned the fact the high water pressure can loosen sealants.

From now on if I use a pressure washer it'll only be on the wheels.

Our dealer used a pressure washer on our coach when we brought it and did the same thing with one of the windows, blew water between the two panes of glass. They also did the same thing to the passenger side headlight. They had to replace the window and headlight.

You would have thought they would know better.

I see lots of window fogging problems mentioned on the net. I'll guess much of it is caused by using a pressure washer and those with problems never realize what actually caused it. They assume it's faulty manufacturering.

California Duster and Protect-All for cleaning, protecting.

No pressure washer, and the only water that touches the coach is when it is provided by mother nature.

Still has show-room shine

I use a pressure washer all the time, but with the low pressure tip and stay about 18 " away from the MH.

I fogged a bedroom window in my coach with a pressure washer this summer. It was a small fixed window above a crank open one. The washer was at least 3' away form the window. It is not noticeable from the outside because the windows have a very dark tint and I did not notice it from the inside because we keep the day/night shade pulled down about a foot.

I never use a pressure washer on the coach because I have full body paint but I had the washer out for another task and I noticed some bird droppings on the back and rear drivers side and cleaned them off with the washer.

I won't be using a pressure washer around my windows again.
