Using gas stove while driving
I'm assuming it's ok to use the gas oven in the MH while driving down the road but wanted to double check on here. Didn't know if there would be venting issues or not. Plan on using the oven to heat up the food on the 2 hour trip to the football game.

The only concern is to keep the pots & pans in place and the contents in the pot.
Consider using a crockpot (with power from the generator or inverter) instead and put it in the sink so it can't slide around.

My old rig had a gas oven and vented right into the stove area. Made for a nice heater. You could always open a roof vent if it gets too hot.

Stoves & ovens are always vented direct to the inside.

Treat it the same as when parked, crack a vent.

The range hood usually has a vent fan that exhausts air to the outside, USE IT if you use the oven, parked, moving, matters not.
When moving I share the concern about what happens if dome dude with a Licene plate of 1 D 10 T cuts you off and you have to stand on the brakes and the cooking utensels go flying, On the stove that is dangerous, in the oven just messy.

Prior to the 5vr we had a motorhome and I did use the gas range while the coach was in motion. HOWEVER, the road must be flat and without pot holes and expansion joints. I did not make it a habit, but it can be done. However if the driver has to apply the brakes quickly you may have a big mess to clean up.

Yes I agree I was a bit worried every time we had to stop fairly fast. The dish was covered in the oven and we had quite a group in the MH and someone was in an extra chair and their job was to not let the oven door fly open in the event we stopped fast. Biggest problem I had is that damn oven pilot light takes forever to light lol.
