Hang in there and I'm sure someone will be able to assist you with your request. I have not heard of that model.

I have a factory installed VDO/Dayton, have read what documentation I have, and still have no clue as to how this thing operates. I wasn't really wanting to use it anyway due to it's use of the backup camera monitor which I use to keep an eye on my toad. So, for under $200 I purchased a Garmin 1450 nuvi. Has a 5" screen and does everything a good GPS is supposed to do.

I understand your problem, I had to go by trial and error to learn ours. Do you have the remote control? The remote is small with blue keys. If you do have it ,I can walk you through usung it. Sam

I had that piece of ****
I yanked it and sold it off at ebay
I now use a Garmin 465T and couldn't be happier
