Vin decoder

Having issues with getting my Vin to work with online decoder it is a 2004 Allegro Bay 37db any suggestions

You didn't say what online decoder you tried - there are dozens of them and not all include truck & motorhome chassis info. Some '04 Allegros used a Ford chassis, but the 37DB was exclusively Workhorse so the Workhorse decoder that CJ7365 provided should work fine.
