Subject line says it all, but here's the rest of the story:

Bought the 18" VIP wheel from Ron The Bus Nut w/horn button for circa $100, delivered to my door (this was for the rubber-covered rim, not the leather-covered one). Installed it on my Workhorse W22, sat in the driver's seat, and checked it out. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. All instruments were clearly visible, and I could get into/out of the seat far more easily. One thing that no one seems to talk about is that the big wheel is positioned much further from the column than with the stock wheel, which is a plus if you are tall. Had no trouble turning the driver's seat around to face the rear on my Scottsdale (though some adjustment of the seat back & fore/aft travel was necessary). No trouble getting at the control stalk, though the gear shift lever is now a bit far away from the wheel (that's not necessarily a bad thing, IMHO).

If you haven't tried one of these, you don't know what you're missing. Ford owners should look into this also.
