Angry Voyager Side view Camera Failure

The Jensen Voyager right side view camera on my 2011 Itasca Suncruiser has failed . The fault has been isolated to the camera by swapping different cameras to different radio inputs. I've also removed the camera from the coach and plugged it directly into the radio input, thus eliminating the camera extension cable as a possible cause. The camera shows no water intrusion, so I do not believe that the problem is environmental. I wrote Jensen Customer Support and received a response from a company called ASA Electronics. I assume that Jensen has outsourced their Customer Support.

Has anyone else experienced camera failure? Jensen wants $ 299 for their replacement units. If their reliability is this poor, I'm adverse to purchasing another one. Does anyone have suggestions for alternate replacement cameras?
