Splendide manual says every 6 months to run a non-preciptating water conditioner through it on hot cycle.

Internet search says Calgon, Spring Rain or Blue Rain are brands but, Calgon is for baths right? Is that what I use?

Which container do I put it in, in the washer?

Could not figure this out from manual.

Thanks for any help.

JvaJelly,

We use Calgon Laundry water softener additive almost evey time we use the washer ...especially with some of the incredibly hard water we find here in the midwest.
