Wall panel material

Hello,
I own a class a toyhauler (safari simba) that I want to construct a hardwall room around the rear lift. I was wanting to use material similar to what the cargo doors were constructed of. The idea is to mount roof,sides,and back to motorhome using piano hinges so it folds up for travel.
I have found a limited number of places on the web that manufacture and sell modular panels. Most are for marine or things like trade show displays. I was wondering if anyone has come across companies that sell these types of panels
