Wall separation

I own a Gulfstream Endura, 2008, with the 6.6 Duramax that I am extremely satisfied with. However, I have been in Colorado and decided to Full time snowbird. We spent 3 weks in rain in Texas and it seems the humidity has continued to get worse as we moved to Daytona FL to nest for the winter.

I recently noticed a panel sepatating inside the coach. No obvious water damage can be found. No leaks around windows, etc. If I push it flat it will stay for a few minutes then pull out again. Is it possible to use a spray adhesive end shoot it into the gap then stick it back together?

Anyone have any dexperience with this. A sales man at an RV dealer told me it was common in high humidity. I want to make it look right, but not spend a fortune. Should I just contact a body shop.

Thanks for any input.

If everything is dry, I'd try gluing it back together. Maybe spray adhesive would work, but I'd try epoxy or the like myself. If the de-lamination is under a window, I'd suspect water running down from the window. Taking off the inside trim might give access to the panel edge for repair, make sure the window is properly caulked.

Make sure whatever adhesive you use is compatible with foam insulation. The wrong adhesive can cause the foam to "melt".

Epoxy is great but regardless of what you use, it has to be a little tacky before adhering and held in place with strong tape. It needs to have pressure on it while drying.

10-4 on the bracing. When the exterior panel is glued, a stout tree may be used to support the brace. For the interior, one of those semi-trailer load jacks may be used, but a large spacer must be used to compensate for the width of MH, and to protect the opposite wall from damage.

I had wall separation and used a polyurethane glue (gorilla glue), I used a large horse syringe with large needle to get the glue in as far as possible and then used large clamps to compress and hold while glue cured. I took the window completely out so I could get a good clamp. You should be able to wedge from the inside.
