Hi all, thanks for all the tips on carpeting. I am also going to redo the wallpaper inside the MH. I have a few hole repairs to make so I will need some tips on that like what to use and process. As far as the wallpaper goes, is there a certain type I should be looking for? I just plan on laying it on top of the old stuff, I assume this will work ok. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx

Hello AZ,

The vinyl wallpaper should always be replaced with another vinyl paper.
The wallpaper adhesive should have a latex additivefor quick adhesion and can be found at Home Depot. Roll the paper on and pay particular attention to the seams for adhesion. The tough part is the window areas. My wife and I did a 34' class A and the new wallpaper has been on for 10 years and no problems.

Use the same type of wallpaper you would use in a bath or kitchen - something moisture and temperature resistant. What you are covering is probably not really wallpaper - it is bonded to the wallboard as part of the manufacturing process. I would use the vinyl adhesive as The General describes.
