I heard this horrible story over the weekend about fresh water tanks. After draining for the winter, the owner left the fresh water drain valve open. When he was flushing the tank for the spring season, out come 2 baby mice. He flushed the tank again, and you guessed it, another mouse comes rolling out. He finally got a plumber friend with a flex shaft camera and they found traces of a nest in the tank. A word to the wise, CLOSE the valve!
