water leak

I have one of my water line clamps leaking. To put a clamp on it I would have to move the black tank.
Is their anything on the market that I can use to fix the leak without moving the tank...ETC
Tape or some type of epoxy?

John can you be a bit more specific?

Where is the leak? Is it a fresh water line that is leaking? What kind of clamp?

It's hard to answer your question without a little more information, but, yes, there is a tape on the market that you can wrap around a hose. It looks a lot like electrical tape. You pull off a backing and run the tape around the hose, pipe etc. I used it for a leaking waste line but it says it's good up to 100 psi. I bought it a Lowe's in the plumbing isle.

I too have used the adhesive backed tape around a hose fitting coming off my water pump. Has worked fine for about a year now.
