Hello all,
I recently got a '99 holiday rambler admiral - it's in great condition with one little problem: whenever it rains there is a little puddle of water collecting on the floor behind the driver's seat (just before the slide).
It must have leaked for quite a while because when I removed one peel and stick tile in that area, I realized the floor was totally rotten.
When I put my hand at the bottom of the sliding unit after a rainfall, I can always feel wetness.
I have a hunch that the leak is coming in from the underside of the slide and then running onto the floor.
Any ideas? Should I replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the slide? It's been a wet summer here in Toronto - I'd love to find a fix.

Thanks, Max

On a dry day, you might want to carefully spray the area from underneath with a hose and see if water comes through the seals? Then spray other areas, until you find the leaking spot? It's time consuming, but if you can find the water entry point, you'll know what to fix.... Just my thoughts... Good luck

MADMAX:
figure out a way to pressurize the inside of the moho. some ceiling exhaust fans are reversible. maybe the heater blower on fresh air would be enough. or use a vacuum cleaner on blow with a cardboard adapter in one of the windows.
then spray a soapy solution from outside where you suspect leaks and look for bubbles.
i didn't figure this out by myself. there is a thread in this forum that deals extensively with water leaks and i filed this info for future use.
