Water pressure regulator - low pressure

When I use a water pressure regularor in many campgrounds, I have very low water pressure in the coach. I've tried several different brands/models including a $50 adjustable one from Camping World. It seems that they all restrict the pressure even if the pressure at the campground is not dangeroulsy high.
Does anyong know of a pressure regualtor that will protect the coach from spikes in water pressure without restricting the flow under normal pressure?

Thanks!

Your problem is the water flow rate (volume), not the pressure. The link Dirk provided will tell you how to fix the problem.
