Water Pump controller location on 2001 Islander

I suspect that the water pump controller on my 2001 Islander is kaput. However, I cannot find the controller. It might be a relay on the fuse panel on the drivers side rear over the batteries. I can continue to trouble shoot and remove the panel, but I would prefer to find out where it is located-lazy I guess.
Also, I have some electrical schematics if someone is in need.

The relay is located on the fuse panel. I tapped on it with a wrench and it is now working. I will have to remove the panel to replace it, it looks like it is soldered in place.
