Water spot in coach

Any help appreciated. I am on a trip in Rv park and noticed a very wet spot on the coach floor right behind cab. Also beside the area of the hot water tank. I looked at the HW tank and saw that it is apparently a very heavy cardboard material and the sides look & feel wet but there is very little water in and around it to identify where it may be leaking. I do not have the heater lit because it is very windy here and the pilot keeps getting blown out. I flipped the pressure release valve a few times and only a small amount of water releases but the tank looks like it is about to burst.
The heater is a Unitrol.

I would say you have a leaking tank. Look for a shop and get it replaced and maybe the floor too.

Thanks for the reply. That is just what I suspected.
