Betty and I have cleaned out the house, put it on the market, and are heading to Arizona for the next three months. When the house sells, we will turn this motorhome east to Tennessee and start looking for a new stick home. We moved from Pigeon Forge, TN to New Mexico about 3 years ago and regret it. So, it is time to go back to the land of green, complete with real trees, and grass. Our thoughts are to look in the outer areas of Nashville, such as Mt. Juliet, Lebanon or Gallatin. Anyway, our journey is just starting, but will have fun doing nothing for awhile in the sunny Arizona.

Congratulations on your upcoming move. Pigeon Forge, TN is a beautiful area. We were there on vacation in the summer of '06. NM is quite a radical change & I can understand you wanting to get back to "greener pastures".
I wish you a speedy sale of your home, enjoy your time in AZ & in no time, you will be headed back east.

buckeyes, congratulations, and come on home! Have safe travels and we'll leave the light on for you!
We spent a year in AZ from Pigeon Forge and had to come back east too!

Yeah come on to where you belong. The west isn't for you. Its ok to visit for a short time but the green green grass of home is better.

Buckeyes,
I live in Mt. Juliet, Tn. This is a very nice are and it is the fastest growing county in Tn. We are 25 miles to downtown Nashville. Lots of good things happing in the area.
