West Yellowstone mobile repair recommendation needed

Our steps have broken and we don't think it is something we can repair. The center bolt that goes thru the gear has sheared off. Does anyone have a recommendation for a mobile repair tech in West Yellowstone, where we will be for the next two weeks?

You need a local mechanic with common sense, not an RV shop. Someone local can fix it. Just ask around. If nothing else, ask the park rangers for advice. Real nice people.

Call some of the RV parks or if you're staying in one, ask for their recommendations. I hope the fix goes smoothly.

Are you staying at Grizzly RV Park? The same thing happened when we were there and had to call a tech. I got the information from them at the desk of a mobile rv guy but I can't remember the name. Good Luck and hope they can help you out. He got us out of a jam for sure with our steps.

The center, machined shoulder bolt holding the steps to the coach sheared off. The remaining portion of the bolt is spot welded in place and we can't back it out. Just don't have the tools. We can buy a new bolt from Lippert so it may be that we will remove the steps and find someone with the right tool to removed the remaining portion of the bolt.
Thanks for the suggestions!
