What are these three switches for?

Since I've owned this motorhome I've always assumed these three switches were related to my Oasis Hydronic heating system. Today I realized they have no affect on the heating system nor the domestic water system. With the black switch toggled on, I can see a momentary lighting of my gen start button and a draw on my main inverter of over 30 amps for as long as I hold the button down. The red button on the left is an on/off button and if it is turned on I recognize a draw on the main inverter of over 8 amps. The red button on the right shows a 2 amp draw when turned on. It almost appears to be a battery parallel button, however my house batteries are not tied into my chassis batteries. This set up is on a 2009 Silver Crown SC45.

I have left the buttons off for now until I can track down their purpose.

Have no idea what the switches are for but are you certain the current draw is from your inverter. The inverter output is 120v ac. I suspect you are referring to a 30A DC draw, which is defiantly not from the inverter. I suspect you do not have a schematic for your coach so I strongly suggest you get one and a signal tracer, (like the ones used by telephone techs) is an excellent tool for tracing wire routing would really help you, however someone with a similar coach may be able to help you also. It seems to indicate these switches have something to do with your gen start circuitry by the indications you have described. All of this would be DC related and again not related to an Inverter output. You say your "main inverter" so this implies you have more than one. Some coaches do have extra small inverters to run entertainment systems but ALL inverters have an AC output. Are you possibly referring to a "Converter" output?

Good luck.

Maybe glow plug or block heaters with battery boost.

May be way different on mine, but those red switches on mine are for the cargo lights. That way you can turn them off from inside just in case you left a light on in one of the storage bays. Just something to check. Could be the reason they are pulling power if the light(s) are on. The second red button may be a tank heater of some kind which would explain the low drain?

The draw I'm seeing is what I see on the primary inverter control panel. I think it's possible that these are for tank heaters and pipe heaters in the bay. I'm going to contacts Renegade and speak with the engineers there. I believe they were the ones who built my coach before moving on.
Thx for the input

They look like the tank heaters on my old coach.

Charles,
When you turn the heaters on do you notice an increase in the amperage reading on the inverter panel?

If you are talking about the EMS display, that is not the inverter(it's next to the switch though) that is the display that shows what amps you are pulling in general throughout the MH. When I have the tank heater on yes it will show a draw. Unless you have two displays one for the entire system and another one for the inverter. But again could be way different on mine.
