showering in TT
We camp mostly in NY state parks and always shower in the campground. The propane and electric are part of what your nightly camping fee is for. Flip flops are used and our toiletries are carried in a small bucket. The showers can be long and have plenty of hot water. This saves wear and tear on our hot water heater.

Kind of like wasting food by eating more than we "need".

You can always tell someone who doesn't "need" to take a shower every day.  The problem is they can't.

I guess you don't do much boondocking. There is no way to boondock and shower every day. I probably showered every day for over 50 years. When you are a kid, until you discover the opposite sex you sure don't shower everyday. I remember in the 50's
NO one showered every day. Mom just yelled at you to wash face hands and neck.
Anyway, 95% of time I use my facilities. That's why I bought it, we fulltime.
When boondocking, very little water and baby wipes.

Amazingly, as ex-pat Brits who were brought up to take a bath once a week whether needed or not, we've adapted to the use of a shower. Our RV doesn't have a bath-tub.
Even at the S&B, I don't remember the last time I took a bath. I'm seriously considering a remodel of the master b/r to elimnate the "stand in the tub while you take a shower" configuration and using the space made available to install a bidet.

Ok, baby wipes, but you are still cleaning up every day. Maybe there are instances when you might get away with skipping a day, but when you're out & it's hot...

I remember those days too, but when you're young your body doesn't release the oils like it does as an adult. So unless I'm homeless, lost in the woods or have been kidnapped, I'm showering daily!

I agree with the majority. I bought a new MH to use. That includes every aspect of it. When I wear it out I'll trade it in or sell it and get an other one. [ moderator edit ]. If I run out of water I have enough hose to fill my tank back up, no big deal.

We will only use the shower if at a park with water hookup, and even then I will probably use the CG showers if it is at all convenient to avoid having to empty grey water before we get on the road again.

We are boondocking weekend summer campers and never use the rv shower. Baby wipes and a wash cloth is good for a day or 2. For us its really just wasted space, I do store my riding gear and helmuts in there If we spent more than a couple of days it would get used.

None of the above fit.
I usually use the park showers. Full flow, long hot showers, no worries. BUT if on the road and it's shower time then I use the Motor home's
Not as long, or not as hot (Take your pick) at least not till the water heater goes out and then only if I invest in a tankless replacement.
