$1.50 a foot for inside storage with concrete floor. No extras. Nice building at county fairgrounds.

[QUOTE=brobox;1862860]Due to the damaging sun in FL, inside storage is expensive because people will pay for it. QUOTE]

Ditto... $228.00 per mo. in a very large RV storage facility where I can do maintenance, dump station and wash bay. The sun does take a heavy toll.

We are south of Tampa and pay $140 + tax for a 40 x 12 covered spot. Has a dump station, washing station and some 15 amp outlets.

We pay $133.75 plus elec. (approx. $20.00) in central FL. It is covered, but not enclosed. It is in a fenced area with roaming security guards. It has 50 amp, a 110, & water. There's a central wash station, but no dump. We live in a guard-gated community that has a storage lot within the community.

Chuck, where are you located in SWFL? I pay what you pay for covered storage & no electric. Hoping you are close to me & they have space available.

$65/mth for covered on 3 sides on white limestone - electricity when we want it....

HAVE to have covered with the Texas sun

HOA would let me build a matching brick garage in our 200' deep backyard, but house is 95' wide on a 110' lot so no room to get to back :(
If you really are sad and think nobody cares, just try missing a few payments ! '11 Monaco Diplomat 43DFT RR10R pushed by a Demco Excali-Bar II hitch which is pushed by a '14 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport.

One dollar per day in an old tobacco auction warehouse. No electric just enclosed storage. They also store other rev's, boats, cars, etc.
