What do you pay for covered storage?

Any ideas what the average covered storage rates are? I am looking at a 12' x 40' spot at a self storage facility, covered spot, gated, trickle electric and water, with security cameras. $140 month.

$115 but no water except at wash station. All other items you mentioned are provided. I think it is going up to $125. If it goes up much more I'll put a pole barn in the back yard.

Getting ready to buy a 43' Dutchstar, so i have been checking the Kansas City market. I found climate controlled underground, no hookups for $180 and covered, but not climate controlled for less (airplane hanger).

Then I found brand new climate controlled, full hookups with water, sewer, 50 amp service, private 54' drive in bay for $320 mo. There is a waiting list as they can't build them fast enough for demand. I plan to get on the list.

I need a place I can do maintenance and most the other places you dont have access, just drop off and pickup.

I pay $0 for covered storage in the Baltimore, MD area, because it does not exist that I've been able to find.

$160 per month in Northern California (North Bay Area). No power, but it has a dump station, propane secure fencing and touch-pad access.

We pay $100 per month for heated indoor storage with 15 amp electric and unlimited in/out privileges. It's only 15 minutes from home. We are VERY fortunate to have this deal.

For 12x40 covered we pay $92 a month, i believe if you want 15 amp service it's a extra $10. 5 min. From home.

For my 30 ft. class C I had enclosed storage with elect. (15 amp) for $80.00 per month (been there almost 20 years). This year I bought a 35 ft. class A and had to move. I now have a 38 ft. covered (w/ elect) space for $100.00 per month. There are controlled access gates and a camera on our area. No water, no dump, but unlimited access so I am happy.

We pay $145 a month for a 15x50 storage unit with 14' overhead doors at each end. The overhead doors are deadbolt locked and we are the only ones with a key. No heat, no electric, but the building's exterior is very well lit.
