We full time and in the winter dry camp frequently. Water only works great. I've never had the need or desire to throw handfulls of perfectly good dollar bills down the toilet.

I use the Blue Streak system which puts a little chemical in with each flush --- causes blue water. I have had no odors at all with this system and it also has a chemical in it which lubricates the dump valve. Like others have commented, lots of water to flush when I dump and I also add a little Calgon with each dump. Helps to keep the sides of the black tank lubricated for the next dump.

Plenty of H20!!! Have no problem. One thing I do because I have a small trailer-16 gallon black tank, I think-I don't put TP down (I use a zip lock bag (I'm solo)) and it gives me more "mileage" so to speak.

...memories so we might have roses in December - unknown
