We keep our motorhome in a secure outide stoeage facility which does not have electricity or water. We can't park it in front of our condo to clean it, sanitize it, do upgrades that require construction, etc. Is it generally acceptable to do these tasks at a campground? Do we need to seek permission?

Any thoughts?

I doubt it'd be prudent to presume to clean, sanitize, do upgrades that require construction, etc., to your motorhome unless you received permission from the campground's manager/owner. All campgrounds have different rules and policies regarding what goes on within their premises, there's no general set of acceptability rules that will fit them all.
