Which roadside assistance program?

We have had GS for two years and used it once with good results. Just wondering what choices there are out there? Which is most cost effective and which gives best service? We have a 38 ft DP. Shout out your preferences and why. Thanks.

Coach Net seems to get the most positive reviews on forums. That is who we have and service has been excellent, so good, in fact we would not consider changing. When we had Good Sam the service was fair to poor. Some use AAA, but availability evidently varies depending on what region you are in. Some use their vehicle insurance company, although service may be limited or a reimbursement system. Good luck with your choice.

Hi, We has Coach net since 2004 and honestly had no problem with them. They always were friendly and sent out the correct wrecker and the operator knew exactly what to do. They were good but not cheap.

This year we switched back to Good Sam mainly because their rate was cheaper than Coach net and they would perform services for my tow dolly which Coach net wouldn't. In other words if I got a flat on my tow dolly they would not change it and put on the spare which I do carry. WE will give Good Sam a try for a few years and if it doesn't work out then we will go back to Coach Net.

By the way Coach net came free for a year with the purchase of my new Winnebago motorhome and their trip routing is super as they routed me to Alaska and back not to say that Good Sam wouldn't.

It is a tough decision but for me GS will be my roadside assistance for now!

CoachNet. Search the threads for GS road service and see all the complaints and people left stranded.
Bill & Linda. If it doesn't move and should, WD-40 it. If it moves and shouldn't, duct tape it. F-350 dually, 40' Sunnybrook Titan toy hauler and custom Harley

Coach Net. Used them 4 times. Been towed 3 times. No complaints. Customer service is tops. Wouldn't have anyone else.

We have GS and used it once for a tow off a mountain highway. They did a good job, no complaints.
Our friends used GS for a major broken spring shackle issue on their 5er and were really happy. The tab on their towing would have been close to 1K and GS picked it up no charge.
