Perhaps you should contact the battery manufacturer, to see if they could at least help you out with prorating those batteries, that lasted only 13 years.

Some may disagree with me but I think 13 year old batteries are pretty much done.
I assume they are wet cell and if so their life depends on the maintenance. Being sure they are kept full of distilled water and keeping a trickle charge on at most all times.
Good luck with the new ones.

So you are saying Winnebago installed NAPA batteries when your 2001 coach was brand new? I never knew of that.
13 years is a LONG time

Don't know didn't buy it new. Just bought it 4 or 5 months ago. Battery's were stamped with that date. Auto Zone guy say that is the stamp for the warranty. Napa said no warranty left.
New battery's stamped 11/14

I'd say having batteries last 13 years is darned good. Due to "operator error" I've replaced 2 sets of house batts in my 9yo coach.

I feel 'lucky' if the house batteris in our MH, last 4-5 years! They get a lot of abuse! 13 years from a set of batteries is not common!

16 years on batteries is pretty darn good.....I get about 6 years on average on our vehicles.....DW's 2008 Infinity now needs a new battery......probably buy a Costco battery.
