Window replacement or repair

We have a 7 year old motorhome with a problem window. Aside from the glass fogging (which we know can be fixed), the little crank that opens/closes the small louver pane at the bottom has broken and isn't easy to replace. Called the coach manufacturer to get the part info to just replace the whole window (since it has multiple issues we figured that may be cheaper than fixing it), but it turns out the original window manufacturer is out of business. Ugh. This window is also an emergency exit for our bedroom (that part works fine).

Anybody have a recommendation for a company that has experience fixing window issues (not just the defogging -- we know folks that do that part) or building a custom replacement window? Looks like we can buy a replacement crank, but the sucker isn't just an unscrew/rescrew replacement. It is really integrated into the window assembly and inaccessible without serious destruction of welds/etc.
