I traded my Adventurer 35U on a 2005 Fleetwood Expedition. One thing that I miss is the window sun shade on the driver's side of the Winnie. I would like to put one on the Expedition but can't seem to find them as aftermarket. I guess I could order one from Winnie if it would fit.

Check in the the Carefree of Colorado's power visor and power shade. They are available in a few sizes and you might find the size you need.

Camping World and many other VR stores have pull down shades for the driver's side window. I have one that works fine. However, the suction cup mounts it comes with don't last long. I glued mine direct to the window.

I've been looking for the same kind of shade for our Sightseer. Tried Camping World, but no luck. Any information about make and model would be appreciated.

For what it's worth, I picked up a couple in the Winnebago surplus store in Forrest City for $5 each. Got the brackets for a buck or so each at the service center store.
They are well worth having in my opinion.

Thanks Clay,

We'll be visiting the store in July while at the GNR. Will you be attending? If so, maybe we can hookup and trade stories.

Check out Campers Choice they sell the Carefree of Colorado's productline. I ordered 2 side shades for my Newmar from them and have been happy with their product. www.camperschoice.com

It would be great to get together, but we won't be there until probably sometime in early Sep to have some warranty work done.

Note that I had to look around a bunch in the surplus store to find the shades. There is a lot of stuff in there. Be sure to go to the left and all the way back when you go in the store. The front part is not RV surplus - more like a dollar store.
