Here's a picture of a Lippert gear reduction repair kit, the plastic gear is the part that fails; and can't be purchased separately .
Lippert charges $172. for the kit other places on line price is in the $55 range. The gear package fits their Venture 18:1 reduction drive, the plastic gear can be used in their Tuson reduction drive but the metal gear won't fit.
Any idea what producing the plastic gear would cost you ?
If you can produce them in the $25 range , I'd take a couple.
EDIT: I'll see if I can dig up the spec sheet on the gear.

Take the gear to a place like motion industries or otger powertrain places.

May be able to locate one.

I painted yellows ones and a put them on. I am awaiting for some black abs plastic to be delivered. While I am waiting, I decided to duplicate the rubber piece that cover the space between the windshield wiper arm and the vehicle.

First rubber cap was to small. Made new one that fit. Received black ABS plastic today. So I can print the finish product. Maybe I should paint them with plasti dip. Just looked up abs plastic and uv rays, I will need to cover the plastic with something.
