Going in for surgery early October and will have to winterized my 2003 DolphinLX as I will be recovering for several months. I will hopefully leave for Florida mid January however still need to winterize (Philadelphia suburbs). I have read a lot on winterizing but it would be great to hear from dolphin 2003 owners as you have done this before.

I just bought this coach and have all the books except the Dolphin manual. What are the steps to winterize, valves to shut off, drain, etc. How do I get antifreeze in the lines, washer/dryer, etc.

Also where is the fuze box and diagram for fuses on this coach.

Any instructions would be of great help. Thanks in advance.

When I winterize the steps I take are to make sure your holding tanks are empty. Use the pump at each faucet to empty each water line. I blow out the lines at the main intake with a screw-in blow out from CW. Disconnect the water filters. 1 under refrigerator, 1 under sink, make sure to close the shut off valves. Blow out the water line to the ice maker while cycling the ice maker. Check your maual for these directions. Add RV antifreeze at the intake after you have cut off the line to the water heater and remove the water from the WH. Put the pump back on and run each faucet to make sure that pink rv antifreeze comes out. Don't forget the toilet and its sprayer. Done.
The chassis fuse box is under the dash and is accessible by taking off the cover above the steering wheel.

Dick, there is a post on the Newmar Forum that may help you, started by "nowrelxn" KS 3740. It covers the same questions you have asked not same coach but same parts involved.

Welcome to irv2 also.
