Unhappy Wiper system control module

Where in/on my 2006 Fleetwood Bounder can I find the wiper control module?
I have looked under the hood and under the dash, but to no avail.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks

If it's a Ford Chassis it's mounted on the inside of the firewall (facing you) centered about where the brake pedal is all the way down where the floor and firewall meet.

Don't know the specifics on your unit but if it is Frieghtliner with a smart wheel the smart wheel controller runs the wiper motor.

It's a Workhorse chassis. I've looked in the spots under the hood and under the dash where I think it should be, but can't find it. The wipers only work on the high setting, and nothing else. The dealer has already replaced the switch and the motor, so ( I think ) that this part called the pulse wiper control module is the culpret.
