wipers won't turn off

on my 06 sightseer the wipers won't turn off when ing. is in run pos. high & low speeds work but not the intermediate do not. I have to pull the fuse in dash to shut them off. Any suggestions?

Welcome mjdangler to irv2.
If you have been driving through a rain storm remove the connecting plug and dry out when rain stops place some di-electric grease on plug connections replug and tape up seam of plug.
If you have a Workhorse chassis you may want to take a look at this thread.

We had the problem 007 describes - water in the connecting plug. I installed a retainer to lift the connector higher up under the dash out of the air flow and I applied dielectric grease to solve the problem.

The other thing that can cause the problem, especially if the wipers won't shut off even if it isn't raining, is the wire is shorted - usually where it exits the steering column.
