Hi everyone, i replaced my batteries and now my invertor wont run when my generators running. 2000 hr ammbassador 36 with 5.9 cummins blue in color. Can someone send pics of there coaches battery compartment. Thanks everyone

Are you talking converter or inverter? The inverter should have pass through and not run on Gen, the converter should run on Gen but may need reset or like on my previous MH needed turned on at the inverter/converter once in a while.

Im talking my inverter charger, lend trace 1. When i park, i shut off house and engine batteries, the engine batteries drain to nothing. If i put a battery charger on the 2 engine batteries, the charger gets real hot, i have a wire going to the wrong spot.

You don't need to hear this now but was afraid something like this would happen when I changed starting batteries in this coach and house batteries in the previous. I labeled the wires and sketched the setup. On this present coach, I took several photos to make sure I showed all wires from different angles

I suggest you start with a Volt Ohm meter.
Check each cable, with one goes to chassis ground?
Which one goes to a fuse?
How many batteries?
If 6 Vdc the you have either 4 or 6. That equates to 2 sets or 3 sets in series and then parallel. Next time Photos before you remove. You should post this in the specific group forum on your rig
