we had a similar issue this past week. I had to reset the invertor system. I had to turn all AC power off and disconnect battery bank and sit for 1 minute. Connected and all came up. When reconnecting battery there might be a small spark as the capacitors load up. Really hope this helps. Are there any fault lights or alarms? Check your manual for reset procedure as that is where I found my reset procedure . I have a Magnum 2012 system.

The battery bank needs to be disconnected. I disconnected the negative side but like I said there might be a small spark when landing cable back onto the batteries.

Ok i have now disconnected the positive leads twice on the battery banks and disconnected shore power . After each time when I come in and flip the inverter on the display tells me it's a pro sign 1800 then it shows 12.8 volts and 0 0 amps then it's supposed to go to the power saving mode and tell me whether it's on or off but it freezes at the 12.8 volts screen and doesn't go any further. The fridge turns on so the inverter is making the switch and providing power to where it's supposed to go but the display panel doesn't go off of the 12.8 volts and 0 amps if I turn it off then I get a blank screen when I turn it back on after about 20 30 seconds I'm not getting any voltage reading again

Sounds like the inverter is allowing the pass thur of AC current. Have you check the lights on the unit itself? Are they coming on. Is the unit charging the batteries? I am not an expert but sounds like the unit went south.
I had to disconnect my unit from batteries and AC feed for 30 sec and reconncted. I then had to push the on /off button for 15 sec until the light started to flash and then the unit reset itself and everything came up. I got lucky. I relly thought I was replacing my inverter.

Inverter is converting 12v in 110 because the fridge works off shore power

try to disconnect the data cable behind the display. if not work, disconnect both ends (the other end is on inverter). wait for 1 minute before plug back in.

Xantrex said to shut it down for 30min, no power connected, I tried that and the same issue. The said if that didnt work it was probably the LCD screen. I seen that the remote was actually attached/ comes on the inverter to begin with so I took the switch down and hooked it up to the inverter directly and it worked so I now knew it was either the phone cable or the coupler connecting the phone lines. Swapped coupler and was not the issue so thinking the ends might be the issue I cut an inch off each end and put new ends on and that didnt help. That only thing left was the phone line running to the remote inside the coach. so good thing they had about 15- 20ft extra to use LOL. It had alot of extra line under the cabinet drawers where the remote is mounted so I pulled most of the slack back through to the inverter cut it off and added another end and it works now.Fixed!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for all your insight and Ideas
