xantrex RC/gs problems

we have a RC/GS xantrex and it shows us the error "charger fault".
Can anyone tell me what the problem is or how I can check to find the problem. My Dealership was so far not very helpful.
Thanks

Welcome to irv2.
Here is a link to different models with trouble section to help trace your problem.
If its showing a fault code should explain what you can do.
Keep us as to your progress.

i would guess volts to high or to low

if it has one install
battery temp out of range to hot or cold
or lost com.. to temp censer

most of the time its to high as installed solar with out a controller

if you reset the code you may not see it again for along time
