I have the RS2000 and it's a great inverter/charger. When comparing prices be aware that they also need a special cat5 communications cable, two 50 ohm modular terminator resistors, and a System Control Panel in order to make the system work. Many dealers include this with the package so be aware that you may need an extra $200 to make a bare RS2000 work for you. When I bought mine from http://www.DonRowe.com it ran around $1,500 but included everything in the package.

I bought my RS2000 on Ebay, The terminator resistors come standard with the RS2000. I also bought the control panel and the remote generator starter, all for $1,217. All brand new and in sealed boxes.
