Yet Another Zep Question

Does anyone have any experience with the ZEP yellowing with age?

I think I have read about everything but this. I just want to have all my bases covered before I go through such a major job.

Thanks!

Which of the ZEP products:
Foaming Glass, – No drip aerosol. Dries streak-free.
Foaming Citrus – Multi-surface for the toughest soils.
Stainless Steel – Inhibits fingerprints. Leaves no oily residue.
Acid Bathroom – All-purpose bathroom cleaner.
Alkaline Drain Opener – Unclogs kitchen or commercial drains.
Degreaser – Removes stubborn grease and oil stains.
OR ?

Wondering?

It doesn't yellow. If you go to a blue beacon truck wash they may screw up the finish though. It is all streaked and flaking on one side only. My theory is some washer on one side sprayed the wrong stuff. 3 side still look good, one side needs to be redone.
Today I went and bought the high traffic wax instead of the wet look. From everything I've read the wet look needs periodic burnishing with floor buffer to rejuvenate shine.

Agree: I just looked at the High Traffic and the Wetlook, I think the High Traffic is the same as the REDMAX3 initially used. I still have a little RM3 left. The RM3 and the High Traffic list 20% solids, the Wet Look shows 19%, and does mention burnishing..

FWIW, over 4 years and no yellowing. Touch up w/ 2 coats each year.

Wet floor finish

The zep you're using is it the wet floor polish/wax? If not what exact product are you using?

Its the wet look floor finish, or you could use the high traffic floor finish. I am going to reapply with high traffic finish.
