I bet he doesn't make it past the first State Trooper, they can be pretty tough on unsecured loads.

A couple of years ago while fueling my truck here in FL a unit just like that with only maybe half the load pulled into the aisle next to me. A guy who looked like he had been sleeping in his cloths for days got out and went inside. He came back out and I heard him start pumping then almost immediately stop get in the camper and take off in a cloud of smoke. Curiosity got the better of me so I went across and looked at the pump, he had only put $1 dollar of gas! Not ten but one. I just figured he next meth lab parking spot was close by.

More then likely folks down on their luck, trying to save what they can from a former life.
