03 Dodge Caravan post tow dolly vibration

After towing caravan on dolly, it has a front end vibration that feels like a binding in the front end steering. Seems to go away after 10 miles or so? Notice it mostly when turning. Anyone experience this or have explanation ? Is it a concern? Thank you.

With forcing the rack & pinion side to side , you could be developing air pockets, in the power steering fluid, and the system is taking a few minutes of run time to bleed the air out.
Check the fluid condition, for discoloration or a burnt smell, could be time for a fluid flush , or the beginning or a steering rack problem.
