The F150 #27 fuse is a mini fuse and the amperage that the fuel pump pulls causes the fuse holder to melt and you will need a tow, the TSB i will post will give you the info
It is a pretty simple repair i did my 13 truck and a neighbors 14 truck took about 1 hr at a slow pace and tool hunting.
Kit # EL3Z14293A you can get it from your ford dealer for about $20 or they will install it for $100+
