2004 Ford Sport Trac neutral tow kit instructions

I'm about to have my local ford dealer install the $271.59 LED light called a neutral tow kit and re-program the ECM in my 2004 Sport Trac so we can flat tow behind our motor-home.
Can anyone help me with the correct instructions to engage and disengage this neutral tow system?
I've been on line for 3 hours and keep finding conflicting information on how to get the transfer case into neutral and what gear the transmission should be to tow in.
Please help....
Our 2008 Jeep is so simple....but then again it was designed to be towed.

If Ford installs it they are suppose to place a sticker with instructions on the sun visor. Also a warning sticker under the hood to let future mechanics know that its installed.

Mine are.
start engine and run for a minute or two
Hold brake and place transmission in neutral
Turn key off and LED will blink
Press and hold 4X4 button, LED will blink 5 times then turn on solid
Ready to roll
