I have a 2005 Colorado with an intermitent blower control. The control goes from 1-4, positions 1-3 are intermitent, 4 works all the time. I suspect a loose connection or dirty rheostat, my problem is I don't know how to get the escutseon off to look at the control. Any tips or advise?

The fuse is OK and the same fuse controls all 4 speeds.
