2006 Cadillac CTS manual trans as a four on the ground toad

Hello,
I may have asked this question before but will ask again. Our 2006 Owner's Manual states that our 6-speed manual CTS car "should" be pulled on a dolly?
Is this true?
Our CTS has a 6-speed manual transmission and is a light vehicle that could be used with our 5,000# max limit.
Thank you,
Ty and Hope Stinson

Remco Towing Products states it must be towed on a trailer.

Your owners manual is quite clear that the vehicle is not to be towed with all 4 wheels on the ground. If it MUST be towed they provide a diagram and instructions for towing it with the rear wheels on a dolly.

Okay, thank you. I guess I'm out of luck with this car to be used as a toad.
